With EasiPay, you can break your energy payments into weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments. Here's how:
We estimate your energy charges for the next 12 months.
You choose the payment frequency you prefer.
We divide your estimated energy charges by the number of payments you'll make over the next year - to get the instalment amount for your ongoing usage. If your instalment date falls on a public holiday, it's moved to the next business day instead.
If you have any outstanding debt, we'll spread it over any instalments you pay in your first month. After this, your instalments will decrease to only cover your estimated usage charges.
How you pay
We’ll automatically take your instalment amount from the bank account, credit or debit card you choose.
We want to make sure your instalments match the amount of energy you use. So we’ll check them at least once each billing cycle. We'll tell you if they need adjusting.
